Charlotte’s Country Commissions will provide a quotation for the agreed works in advance.

All quotations for commissions are valid for a period of 30 days from written quotation.

By agreeing to Charlotte’s Country Commissions quotes you abide to our Terms & Conditions.

The quotation is deemed to have been accepted once the client has paid the 50% deposit.

The quotation will include the Chalk Paint™ colour, number of coats and finish (e.g. light distressing) plus the waxes/lacquers to be used.

All painting carried out by Charlotte’s Country Commissions is done using Annie Sloan Chalk Paint™. As Chalk Paint™ is a decorative paint it is likely that there will be visible texture and brush strokes in the finish of your piece, before and after waxing/lacquering.

The client is responsible for ensuring the detail on the quotation is correct and advising Charlotte’s Country Commissions of any changes needed before works commence.

In the event that additional works, which could not have been foreseen by Charlotte’s Country Commissions, are necessary or requested by the client, they will be chargeable to the client at rates in line with their quotation.

Charlotte’s Country Commissions will take photos of the condition of the piece of furniture before works commence to ensure the condition is documented from the start of the works.

In the event that there is more than one piece of furniture to be painted, all pieces must be available to work on at the same time. If this is not possible the client is to advise Charlotte’s Country Commissions so the quotation can be amended if required.

If the furniture is to be collected and returned by Charlotte’s Country Commissions, a delivery rate will be payable.  The client is to advise Charlotte’s Country Commissions if more than one person is required to collect and/or deliver so we can allocate adequate labour to do the job.

Charlotte’s Country Commissions requires a 50% deposit prior to works commencing.

The outstanding balance is required within 7 days of the completion of works.

Charlotte’s Country Commissions accepts payment by electronic bank transfer, cheques & cash.

Please note we do not accept credit cards.

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required for all workshop bookings to secure your place.

The balance is then required 1 week prior to the workshop date.
